Our free DIY exit service provides educational content, downloadable templates, forms, and guidance materials to help you understand the timeshare exit process. This service is provided for informational purposes only.

2.2 AI-Assisted Exit (Paid)

Our AI-assisted exit service provides interactive guidance, document generation assistance, and structured workflows to help you prepare your timeshare exit documentation. This service uses artificial intelligence to provide educational guidance and is not a substitute for professional legal or financial advice.

2.3 Consultant-Led Exit (Paid)

Our consultant-led exit service provides access to experienced consultants who can provide guidance and assistance with your timeshare exit process. Consultants provide educational guidance and coordination services, not legal representation.

3. Important Disclaimers

3.1 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee, warrant, or promise any specific outcomes or results from using our services. Timeshare exit processes vary significantly based on individual circumstances, resort policies, contract terms, and applicable laws. Success is not guaranteed, and outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

3.2 Not Legal or Financial Advice

Our services are not a substitute for professional legal or financial advice. You should consult with qualified attorneys, financial advisors, or other licensed professionals before making decisions regarding your timeshare. We recommend seeking independent legal counsel, especially for complex situations or significant financial decisions.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Paid Services

For AI-Assisted and Consultant-Led services, payment is required before services are provided. Payment terms, pricing, and refund policies will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

5.2 Refunds

Refund policies vary by service tier and will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Generally, refunds are not available for services that have been substantially provided or for digital content that has been accessed or downloaded.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card information on our servers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the services you purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, templates, forms, and other resources provided through our services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use our materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your timeshare exit process. You may not:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXIT TIMESHARE CONSULTANT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONSULTANTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Exit Timeshare Consultant and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and consultants from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your use of information or materials obtained through our services

10. Service Modifications and Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times or that they will be error-free. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or modifications.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
